The selected person(s) will ensure the delivery of high quality software products through comprehensive system test planning and testing. This position requires U.S. citizenship or Resident Alien status. No relocation is being offered with this position. |
Duties:
- Development and documentation of test plans and test scripts
- Executing test cases, analyzing and documenting results
- Coordinating testing activities of test resources
- Track and report testing status
- Automate testing
- Install setup and configure software and test environment
- Manage test equipment and test lab
Skills / Experience Required:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field
- 5+ years of in-depth manual and automated system test experience
- Testing of MS & Unix based systems and hands-on experience with XML, Java scripting and shell scripting is mandatory
- Experience providing technical leadership
- Work experience in Telecom/Communication and Telecom/Communication protocols
- Experience with WinRunner, LoadRunner and Test Director or Test Automation and Management Software
- Experience with quality standards such as ISO9000/9001 or CMMI
- Extensive experience in application software testing of complex Telecom and web-based applications that communicate to a multitude of systems
- The ability to develop comprehensive test plans that ensure complete coverage of the system
- Experience with all phases of testing including; applications, interface, GUI, regression, stress, load, stability and performance testing
- Experience of eXtreme Programming/Testing methodologies
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Any C/Java development experience would be a big plus

The Technical Support Specialist is responsible for acting as a liaison between the client and the company. The successful candidate must have a proven track record in getting results, be articulate, self-motivated, and highly skilled in interacting with customers. |
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Monitoring daily support activities of multiple clients
- Reviewing activities of all open support calls
- Intervening on behalf of the client to ensure all service levels are met as related to client support activities
- Communicating daily with clients to ensure their support needs are met
- Completing either bi-weekly or monthly reports for each client depending on contract type
- Meeting with development and product management staff to address development/product enhancement needs for the client
- Demonstrating sound technical, business and interpersonal skills, coupled with excellent decision making ability
Minimum Qualifications:

Job Description:
The Senior Network Engineer performs work for the overall integration of the network including participation in planning, design, installation, maintenance, management, and coordination of wide area and local area networks, server infrastructure and network security. The person holding this position is a technical engineering contributor with good knowledge and experience in the area of local and wide area networking and network security implementation and administration. Will perform network and security procedures and recommend improvements for the network infrastructure and network security policy. Will work as part of a team and as a strong technical resource for other corporate objectives of Networks and Security. |
Essential Functions:
- Participates in planning, designing, installing and configuring local and wide area networks.
- Builds, configures and maintains network switches, routers, servers and various voice, data and security appliances.
- Is responsible for the daily monitoring of the network and security appliances.
- Develops and follows procedures to handle network and security fault events.
- Monitors and reports on network and system capacity utilization.
- Applies continuous improvement techniques to ensure the network and security infrastructure attains maximum performance, security and availability and provides reports regarding this topic to management.
- Is able to appropriately prioritize LAN/WAN faults, then diagnose and resolve problems in the shortest possible time all while under pressure from the various other impacted business groups.
- Must be able to communicate effectively with all parts of the organization while under pressure.
- Must ensure that the LAN/WAN environment remains secure and appropriate recovery and redundancy issues are addressed.
- Provides networking and security technical guidance to Engineering team, Support staff, and other staff groups as needed.
- Required to carry a cellular device and be on call outside of normal work hours.
Qualifications:
- Ability to write technical reports and routine business correspondence.
- Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from managers, other staff members and other institutions network engineering and or technical departments.
- Good knowledge and expertise in local and wide area networking and communications including; all forms of networking media and SPT, PVST, IGMP, BGP, EIGRP, OSPF, RIP-II, MPLS, VoIP etc.
- Good knowledge and expertise of Cisco Systems networking hardware and software and network and security support systems; CCNP Certification preferred.
- Good knowledge and expertise of Microsoft infrastructure including Windows 2000/2003 server/domain, Active Directory, Exchange, SQL Server; Microsoft Certified preferred.
- Good knowledge and expertise of IPsec and client virtual private networks, certificate authorities, one time password technologies, 802.1x, VMPS, Security Event Monitoring and other auditing, authentication and authorization mechanisms and systems.
- Good knowledge and expertise of network performance monitoring and investigative tools including packet sniffers such as Ethereal.
- Good knowledge and expertise of telecommunications protocols and concepts (PSTN, VOIP, H323, SIP, MGCP, etc.) a plus
